Description of the problem | My vehicle has a recall notice u01 from chrysler and a letter was delivered that it was completed after the recall was issued on january 11th 2018. The car has never been to any dealers and the letter claims that this was completed 2/18/18. I believe that they are sending false notices about recalls being completed without them actually being completed. As a matter of fact, we did experience this complete stall as described in the recall. |
