Description of the problem	My car is 3-4 months old. Around 7k in miles on it. This afternoon car did not started, start button was showing as run created a kind of chaos in terms seems the like car is ready to run showing all run signals but was not running, happened in a parking lot so i was confused what state should i leave the car in as not able able to shut down the car & dont know whether it will start running by himself, switched on the parking breaks just to make sure it does just start running & ruins someones car, it was kind of scary. More scary things happened when the towing truck guys showed up to drive the car to dealer. He was trying to figure out where is the button to put the car in neutral, called dealership no one knew, looked at a video where it showed there is a small box under steering which has a ribbon to pull to move the car to neutral mode. When the towing driver opened that space there was no ribbon. These are part of safety issues with the car, tis time it happened in a parking lot if it would have happened on the live road this would have been disastrous.
