Description of the problem | (1) power steering went out intermittently on the freeway and said it was unavailable and service was required (2)vehicle was hesitating when stepping on the gas (3) heater/air conditioner changed the level of air flow on it's own (4) window rolled down on its own. After i had it in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks, they didn't do any work to it and had me come pick it up. After driving it for 2 minutes, the power steering kept going out on me again. Then i was stopped at a stop light and the car turned off and i had to put it in park and re-start it. When i drove it back to the dealership, the window rolled down again on its own. How could they give this car back to me knowing they didn't fix anything. I have children that i drive around in this vehicle. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle any longer. It is a brand new car. I've had it for 2 months. *tt |
