Description of the problem | At present we are without a car for 8 days this time. The car has been into the shop 9 times for the same problem. This time because we are in arbitration the dealership says that chrysler wants them to try a few more things. They are not telling us what is wrong with the car but say that the are trying what the technicians are telling them to do. Last week we were told that a technician was going to come down and look at the van. On friday we went to the dealership and were told that they were going to do this over the phone and that we could absolutely not have the car. They have our car and we are paying $50 a day |
