Description of the problem | I had just got up to 50 mph and the engine shut down. I was able to pull the van off the road without incident. I just seen on the news chrysler is having a computer problem. A light was on that was not on when i started the van. It is called the transmission range indicator. When i put the van in neutral it restarted and this light went out. Chrysler went to far out of its way to put an option in the computer for changing this component electrically. It is not necessary and could leave you stranded with a van full of kids in yellowstone. |
