Description of the problem | My wife was driving out the complex apartments to drop off the kids at school, when she hit a speed bump and the van suddenly shuts off by itself, she said the power steering was hard to move so she set the van in parking and after the third try it started on. Before that i had trouble starting it and took the battery for a check up and it was good, then i went to the dealership and said it need it an computer update, so they did it. After a few weeks i had the same problem. A month ago i took it to another dealership because i heard on the tv about the safety recall on this models and told me they order the part and that it will take three days to get it... Its bean over a month and had no answer from them. |
