Description of the problem | 2011 dodge grand caravan crew-the gas pedal gets stuck in acceleration, the dealer states it is the gas pedal assembly. There is not a current recall, but the dealer says it is not safe to drive the vehicle and it must be replaced, or i can risk killing my family. Filed a complaint with dodge, they said the "do not have enough complaints to issue a recall". I guess they are waiting till someone dies. Their warranty to replace these types of items ends at 36,000 and my extended warranty will not cover it. What a waste of money these warranties are. I doubt i will ever buy another dodge! |
