Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 dodge caravan. When the key was inserted into the ignition, the vehicle failed to start and the "bad key" warning message illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was towed to the dealer (ourisman chrysler, jeep and dodge, clarksville, maryland). The technician was unable to reprogram the computer system due to a faulty wind module.
