Description of the problem | Radio and navigation screen constantly taken over by pop-up messages about weather that cannot be removed without physically touching the screen while driving, thus causing distraction to the driver. There is no option to disable these, and they pop-up as frequently as every 2-3 minutes, despite closing them. Have called dealership, sirius/xm and dodge multiple times to no avail. Concerned that distracted driving as a result of unwanted messages popping up in large format on radio screen could result in an accident. |
