Description of the problem | Uconnect 8. 4in screen started to become blurry, like the screen was peeling away or delaminating causing malfunction in touch controls, which includes controlling vehicle performance and settings. Dealer said screen was cracked, not of my own doing. They stated that was not covered under warranty, though vehicle was certified pre-owned with additional warranty purchased. Vehicle owned for 7mths and driven 6000 miles. |
