Description of the problem | I have owned the car for a little over a year, since then i have had the steering wheel and the steering wheel rod/column completely come out in my lap.. Once while driving. I have already had it fixed by my certified preowned warranty and once again it has done it. This time it took off my windshield wiper lever, it has completely destroyed my interior and unfortunately the warranty did not cover that which is not fair. Remember the steering wheel column and rod is very heavy and does much damage when it falls in your lap while driving. I have been the only owner, it has never been in an accident, i have only serviced and bought it from a dodge dealership. The car now has 69,000 miles and recently was fixed over a month ago and issue still remains. My car was in the shop for over 20 days i did not get a rental vehicle and it was the most pain i |
