Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 dodge charger. While driving approximately 70 mph with the cruise control engaged, the vehicle inadvertently accelerated. The contact shifted into neutral and pulled over to the shoulder to a complete stop. After a few minutes, the vehicle was restarted and operated normally. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (south county chrysler jeep dodge ram, 455 automall drive, gilroy, california 95020) for an acceleration failure six months prior, but the dealer was unable to diagnose the failure.
