Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge dart. While driving and making a left turn, the windshield wipers engaged independently and have not shut off. The failure occurred after the turn signal was activated. In addition, the sprayers for the wiper fluid did not work, which affected the contact's visibility while driving. The contact called the manufacturer and was informed that they could not assist until the multi function control switch was shipped and no longer on backorder. The manufacturer claimed to not be aware of the failure even though the contact found a lot of information about it online. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 89,500. |
