Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge dart. While driving, the transmission malfunctioned and shifted gears. The failure occurred intermittently during the change of seasons. The failure occurred originally when the vehicle was first purchased. The vehicle was taken to huntington jeep chrysler dodge ram (1220 e jericho turnpike, huntington, ny 11743, (631) 993-3300) where the transmission was reprogrammed. When the vehicle was purchased, the contact suspected there was an issue because the dealer was attempting to repair a defective part.
