Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge dart. While driving 10 mph, the "transmission service required" warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (clark chrysler jeep dodge ram located at 175 pelham st, methuen, ma 01844; (978) 683-8775) where it was diagnosed that the computer chip needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vin was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 15v542000 (power train). The manufacturer was contacted at 800-853-1403 and stated that the vin was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was 108,000. |
