Description of the problem	I own a 2013 dodge dart and the shifter cable that was recalled in may of 2013 has failed again and i can not turn my key all the way to the off position therefore either have to leave my car running or turn it where it shuts off the engine but doesnt shut everything else off and doors can not be locked. The gear shift can be moved back and forth without it being started or even having to push in the brake pedal which is hazardous. I took the battery cables off so it would not kill my battery leaving everything on and i can only hope that some little neighborhood kid doesnt get in my car because if the gear knob is accidentally pushed it can roll away. I have repeatedly reported this problem and i can only guess that because their had been no accidents or injury reported they will not investigate the problem. I can only hope that a life isnt the cost of their selfishness to loosing money for doing something about these cars.
