Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge dart. The contact stated that the vehicle rolled away without warning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the rear calipers were defective and needed to be replaced. After further investigation, the contact was informed of nhtsa campaign number: 13v124000 (parking brake); however, the vin was not associated with this campaign. The three rivers dealer was contacted and refused to perform any work until being compensated. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and offered no further assistance.
