Description of the problem	I am writing to complain about the length of time that it took for my vehicle. It stated clearly in the recall letter i received that the service would take 1 hour. Maybe a little longer. When i made the appt. I was told the parts were in stock. I dropped off my car the next morning, and was told 3 hours if i wanted to wait. I called them 2 days later and was told parts needed to be ordered, and it would be 2 weeks until they (the dealership) could get them. After the 2 weeks, with no update from them, i got a call saying the parts didnt take, they would have to order them again. This happened one more time. All in all my car was in the shop for a month for a 1 hour treatment. On top of that my vehicle, which i am afraid to drive in, was returned to me filthy and with a broken seat. After over 30 days in a dealership and it couldnt even be detailed or cleaned?? Maybe an oil change? I have complained to dodge and they are sweeping it under the rug just as the dealership has done.
