Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 1998 dodge durango. After parking the vehicle, it began moving in reverse. There were no warning indicator lights prior to the failure. The dealer confirmed that the manual shifter was not working properly and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The dealer serviced the vehicle for a tune up and changed the transmission fluid; however, the failure continued.
