Description of the problem | The tipm in our vehicle has went bad. This part is on backorder and no one at dodge can tell us when it will be available. I have called dodge's customer care line but no one will call me back. We have been without our suv for almost six weeks. This should be a nationwide recall. The people at tomball dodge have been very helpful, but can't do anything until they receive the part. I've looked online and this seems like a lot of people are having the same problem. There are five other dodges and jeeps at this dealer alone that are waiting on the part. *js |
