Description of the problem | Driving our vehicle on the interstate and the vehicle completely shut down on us. Now, the vehicle will only start periodically. The starter turns over but will not crank on most attempts. Usually will start after trying for about 10 to 15 minutes. Researched the problem and found that this vehicle has a faulty tipm. Chrsyler customer service is of no help. They have issued a recall but have no parts available and do not know when they will. Very poor customer service!!! This has now become a very dangerous vehicle to drive and chrsyler/dodge seems to be in no hurry to come up with a remedy for its clients. |
