Description of the problem | I am filing a complaint or the people handling the recall reimbursement. I sent it in on sept 7th and now 90 days later, 12 calls, put on hold for 30 mins each, and no one knowing anything. Still no answer on my refund. Was told on day 88 that they needed something else and now no one can ever answer what it is they need. Supposedly the ck is cut but not mailed and it has been like that since nov. I also sent in paper work for my pcm which they were not able to find and i just gave up on that 1500 dollar repair. My pcm has went out several times and its only when something goes out on my car. However i am trying to get the problem solved on getting my refund for the recall first. It has been a nightmare with dodge. Never talk to more people that placed you on hold and do not know anything. Please help they just give you the run around. |
