Description of the problem | Want to file a complaint regarding dodge recall notice p54/nhtsa 14v-530. Tipm fuel pump relay. Dodge has advised us of severity of this recall issue and the fact that our vehicle could lose power without any advance warning. They then go on to say that they currently do not have any parts to fix the problem. When i called my dealer the service advisor indicated it could be up to a year before parts are available. Totally unacceptable! We basically have a $40k vehicle that is unsafe to drive. This is the third recall where we have been advised of a potentially lethal problem only to have our dealer say they cannot get parts to fix. Where is the accountability from dodge? |
