Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 dodge durango. The contact stated that over the winter her service brakes were depressing to the floor and failing to properly engage intermittently. The contact took her vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic testing; however, the dealer could not duplicate the failure. Several months later, the contact received nhtsa recall campaign notice 14v154000 (service brakes , service brakes, hydraulic). The dealer stated the parts were not available for repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was not available. |
