Description of the problem | While driving my 2011 dodge durango, the steering wheel started shaking violently and pulling the vehicle to the right causing me to momentarily lose control of the vehicle and almost crashing into a parked vehicle. I have had this unsafe issue with the steering wheel shaking since the vehicle was purchased back on 6/10/11 with the dealership and dodge not able to diagnose and fix the issue. Having a case with chrysler/dodge since back in june, they have now told me that this is a normal characteristic of the vehicle. Haven driven 3 other 2011 durangos, 2 also exhibited the steering wheel shake while 1 did not which shows this is not a characteristic of the vehicle but instead a possible defect that needs to be investigated to determine the problem and to fix it. |
