Description of the problem | 2014 dodge durango - the main control panel in the car freezes which results in the back up camera does not turn on, not being able to adjust the volume of the system, not being able to adjust the climate controls, and the navigation freezes. This can happen either which the vehicle is stationary or while running. We took the car to the dealer who told us multiple people have complained about this after one of the recall software updates that was issued and they assumed a future software update would fix the issue. It has been at least 3 years and no updates have fixed the problem. |
