Description of the problem | Yesterday when attempting to start my durango, it turned over but did not start. As this is the 5th time, i already knew what the problem was. I checked the fuse for the fuel pump and replaced it. It started back up fine. Although this time, this put my family and i in a very dangerous situation. When driving through a railroad crossing, the vehicle died on me. Moments later the barricades came down and i jumped out quickly to push the vehicle while my wife and kids were inside. I managed to get them out of harms way before the train arrived. Chrysler needs to recall this problem, like the 2011-2013 vehicles that are experiencing fuel pump relay switch. Obviously 2014 models are affected. |
