Description of the problem | The tail light track across the tailgate continues to take on water. I first had it replaced in april 2018 at which point i was told that it's about $1300 fix but was covered under my warranty. Fast forward and early 2020, replacement has same issue with condensation. It was replaced again and i was told if there were any issues that i would be paying out of pocket as i was past the original 2 year warranty replacement. It is now a year later and the 2nd replacement is having the same issue. This is three taillight fixtures having the same issue. Dodge needs to pay for this. Essentially i'd be paying $1300 every two years to replace at this point or have burnt out electric components because of the water. A $40k vehicle with 64,000 miles on it. |
