Description of the problemMy 14 dodge durango began to make a clicking noise when running. 10/17/17- it was found that the exhaust cam lifters and rocker arms on right side of engine were worn. It was warrantied and replaced. It was replaced again in the summer of 18. I was told the left side would eventually need replaced as well, but they couldn't until it presented a problem. In november of 18 the same noise happened again. It was put in the shop dec. 26th. It was diagnosed with the same problem(right) and the left. The dealer will fix the right side(for the third time) because it is under warranty. They will not fix the left. My car just went over 100,000. The dealer expressed that he was surprised it was not a recall because this is so common. At this point, the wear happens every six months. I feel it should be under warranty as the very least, or recalled. It is the same problem three times in a little over 1 year.
