Description of the problem | 2014 dodge durango just left highway at highway speeds on to exit ramp. Stopped at end, made right turn started to go... " bang " passenger side headrest makes loud noise hits wife in back of head . Causing neck ache and head ache for two days . I did not loose control but took eyes off road when it happened. This was a very distracting thing to happen while driving ! Pulled over took pictures , called dodge immediately . They sent a company out to investigate , have not heard back at all . (( not trying to do your job... Trust me)) please google : dodge headrest deployed many other dodge cars have same problem .
