Description of the problem | The headrest on my 2014 dodge durango started to separate on one side and would not snap back in place. Within a week, it self-deployed while i was driving and hit me in the back of the head. There had been no impact or cause for the headrest to deploy. On inspection, i found the plastic bracket that held the metal housing had failed and was broken in several pieces. The metal housing is still locked showing that the headrest had not deployed due to impact. |
