Description of the problem | On 12/5/2020 at about 1200 hours, i was driving northbound at about 40 mph on litchfield rd in goodyear, az in my 2014 dodge durango when the front passenger-side headrest deployed against the back of my wife's head for no apparent reason. I looked around and there were no vehicles within a quarter-mile of my vehicle when this occurred. On arrival home, i inspected the faulty headrest and it appeared an interior plastic retention piece was busted. I contacted my dodge dealer, who advised a replacement was not available until may 2021. I contacted chrysler customer care and they we're equally as useless as the dealer. I am completely annoyed, dissatisfied and a bit enraged. |
