Description of the problem | Bought a used durango 5 months ago at an official dodge dealership in new hampshire, was told that it was in great condition. Came back to the same car dealership for a state inspection to find out that they failed us for a leaking steering gear/rack, charging us an overpriced cost of $1900. Come to find through another mechanic shop that this was not worth a fail and that it was not in need of an immediate fix. The dodge dealership made us feel pressured to get this fixed right away. The 2014 durango with only 63000 miles should not already have an issue like this. |
