Description of the problem | While started and parked and sitting in driver seat, tried to put down middle row headrests via the computer dashboard. It did not work, and then driver side headrest popped out. Shop claims it's cosmetic and not electrical. Headrest latch is broken and needs to be replaces $802 parts and labor. I believe it's 1) electrical & 2)(second place on complaint) poor headrest construction. Approx date of incident listed. |
