Description of the problem	I have taken great measures to ensure the safety of my family and other drivers related to an ongoing issue of service shifter. I have taken my vehicle under extended warranty 3 times for the same problem and suspect autonation has been unable to identify issue nor troubleshoot. My vehicle unexplainable is not accelerating and down shifting properly. The last time i used a rental car only part was covered and we had a seatbelt scare because it wasnt securing my child. I desperately seeking resolution and have parked my vehicle for now until i can turn it over to the correct mechanic. Are you able to read error codes? Where do i take my vehicle? I feel unsafe as the vehicle is unpredictable. For the fourth time, we almost experienced an accident leaving my parents enroute home. Warranty and autonation are closed. If someone could give me the correct procedure or steps i need to take. Incidents surrounding the service shifter has gone from inconvienant to traumatizing. This is a family vehicle and used to transport children. If someone could please advise. Where should i take my vehicle? How can i be assured problem fixed and vehicle safe to drive? This vehicle acceralates, shifts to neutral, jumps and doesnt properly down shift when prompted. I've taken it in for service 3 times within months and even weeks apart. What do i do next?
