Description of the problem	Driving on freeway coming back from payson area and we heard a pop noise at drivers seat headrest and saw that the headrest popped open. We didn't know it was an airbag until a dodge dealer said that it was the airbag and it's not under warranty and can't take care of it. Kept asking if we were in a collision when the headrest broke and we were not! We were driving at about 65 miles an hour when that happened. We were also told that our motor mounts have to be replaced and the vehicle is only 3 years old. We have kept our vehicles for longer than this before and never had to replace motor mounts. Not sure if they are defective or if these problems are just because it is a dodge. I have never owned dodge before. I've been driving the vehicle with the headrest open for about 2 months now as one dodge dealer in tempe made me go to the one in avondale since that is where i purchased it from and i had to make appointments each time and it took forever to get the appointments for each. Now my neck hurts as a result of driving my vehicle with my head leaning forward and still i haven't heard from the warranty company or the dealership. I called an 800 # after the dealer told me they couldn't do anything and they were to call me back within 3 days and now it's been about 2 weeks and no word from them. The date below is approximate.
