Description of the problem | My durango was parked at the end of the day at approximately 5:15 pm, in a covered carport, and locked. When entering the next morning at approximately 8:00 am i noticed the passenger side front seat head rest looked odd. When looking at it closer, it looks as if the headrest separated. The 2 pieces are still connected but not compressed together as it should be. I called my husband out to look at it and he tried to compress it back together but it would not stay. This happened when the vehicle was unoccupied and not moving. I can not explain what happened because no one was there. It was discovered when i entered the next time. |
