Description of the problem | Dodge durango u65/nhtsa 18v-332 vehicle malfunction caused the vehicle (in motion, but slowing) to accelerate (leap forward) unexpectedly, causing an accident. This happened on a city street. This was the second accident with similar circumstances in this vehicle. After the first accident (6/28/18), we took the durango to the dodge dealership and were told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The durango u65 recall notice arrived in the mail a few days after the second accident, and we immediately made an appointment at the dodge dealership for the fix. |
