Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2018 dodge durango, equipped with bridge stone tires, tire line: ecopia, tire size:265-50r-20 n/a, and dot 7xumec13017. The tires were the original tires. The contact stated that while driving about 55 mph, the tire belts on the rear driver's and the rear passenger's side tires fractured and and caused the tires to vibrate. The dealer was not called and the manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The contact took the vehicle to an independent tire shop and replaced the two tires. The vehicle and the tire failure mileages were approximately 25,000. |
