Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 dodge grand caravan. While driving 35 mph, there was an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but the contact was unsure about what part needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The vin was included in nhtsa campaign number: 16v461000 (power train); however, the part needed to repair the vehicle was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unknown.
