Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that the rear sliding doors were stuck in the locked position and failed to open with the key fob or manually. Also, there was an abnormal buzzing noise detected from the driver's side sliding door. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where grease was applied to the sliding door; however, the failure recurred within two days. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was 120,000. |
