Description of the problem | Both sliding, rear doors of my 2016 dodge grand caravan (less than 40,000 miles) are locked in place. Both doors will not open using either electric switches or manual handles and locks. First the passenger side door stopped functioning, and then 5 days later the driver side sliding also stopped functioning. There is no manual override to operate the door, unless the interior panels are removed, and one can disengage the mechanisms. This is apparently a regularly occurring safety issue that dodge has not addressed. |
