Description of the problem | The automatic rear sliding doors quit working and are stuck closed. They can't be opened with the remote, manually from the inside or with the inside buttons on the b pillar post or by the driver from the overhead driver's console. Apparently this is a common and very dangerous safety issue for these vehicles. This should be covered by warranty from dodge but apparently is not. This should be a factor recall dealership fix. |
