Description of the problem | The driver-side rear sliding door has locked and will not unlock manually, with door unlock button, or by key fob. When trying to unlock manually the mechanism rubber bands back to the lock position as if the locking mechanism in the door is stuck. This presents a safety hazard in case of emergencies. This luckily happened as i was going to put my son in the vehicle before leaving my home. |
