Description of the problem | Takata recall - nhtsa # 16v384 - my 2010 ford edge was recalled in june 2016. After over 1 year, there is still no remedy or replacement for my passenger airbag. Last year, i was told the parts could be in by december 2016, and my dealer would contact me when it was in. I am still told that parts have not come in. This is not handling the matter in a timely manner. I don't feel safe driving it, let alone having passengers in my car. |
