Description of the problem | No accident involved. I received a "airbag recall letter" from ford july, 2016 and called gene messer, lubbock, tx. The respondent said they would get back to me when they had the replacement parts. The phone call has never come. So what am i to do? A salesman at the dealership recently told my brother that they have used cars they cannot sell because takata is bankrupt and replacement parts are not available. So if the dealership can't get them, what am i to do, except drive safely. |
