Description of the problem | Takata inflators: i received a recall notice in july 2016. It basically said, "don't call us - we'll call you!" this summer, i e-mailed and left phone mesages at my dealer, harrold ford. I never received a response. This week, i received a legal notice in the mail re: tk holdings inc., et al chapter 11 case. I have been driving around in a vehicle that could kill my passenger with no repair, compensation, or even an apology from ford. How can i make sure that my car is repaired and safe to drive? |
