Description of the problem | Takata recall. I received a recall in the mail in june 2016 and took my car to southwest ford to repair. They said that they did not have the parts and would contact me when they came in, never heard from them. I called back in early 2017 and they said takata was under bankruptcy and don't know if they will get any parts. My car is still not repaired and could be a danger to me or my kids. I received a letter from ford july 2016. |
