Description of the problem'takata recall' the idea of ford finding a solution to this recall problem with air bag is to inform me not to have a passenger in the passenger seat is completely unacceptable. I talked to a ford employee about their suggestion for our passenger. We have a 5 passenger vehicle for 5 of us and now we have to choose what person can no longer ride in the car or are we suppose to throw one person in the back with no seat belts. This does not work for us. Our twelve year old is traumatized first he was worried he would be left out, but then he is scared to get into the vehicle. This situation has left all of us upset and after talking to ford employees they don't care their only comments are to make sure i understand i am not getting a rental car for this period of time. I want to hear a better answer from you. I can't even sell my car, but i do know after being a ford family forever it is a time for a change.
