Description of the problem | "takata recall" bought the ford edge from a used car dealership in september 2016, we weren't notified or aware of the takata recall at all until march of this year 2018 when we saw it on the news. They stated til this day august 18 2018 they have not even manufacture the part to fix the takata recall on my car. I sit here with unsafe car and making car payments on something i can't used. I need help with this issue. I no longer want to continue waiting after 2 years of this mess. I want ford buy the car back and get this resloved. I can't continue to wait till it time for them to fix it. Please help me with this! |
